Enrollment Center

The USNow Enrollment Center is staffed by licensed professional insurance agents. Our agents take the time to explain the plan options and the benefits to eligible participants and can also fill out their application while the caller is on the phone. Members can enroll by phone or online.

The center is open Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM CST

• It is convenient for both the agent/broker, the group sponsor and the participant.
• The Enrollment Center will assist the agent/broker and the group sponsor with the enrollment packet and mailing to the eligible participants.
• The Enrollment Agents help the agent/broker establish a good relationship with the client.
• The agent/broker does not have to worry about completing or collecting enrollment forms.
