PPO Provider Search

Many of USNow member groups have purchased access to provider services at negotiated rates from one of the preferred provider networks (PPOs). Please confirm whether your member group has PPO access and which PPO, before conducting a provider search on this site. The PPO Logo will be printed on your ID card. The provider directories accessible through the PPO Provider links are simply lists of the providers who have joined each network. Not all provider types or services provided by them have covered benefits on your insurance policy. While these directories are maintained and updated regularly by the networks, neither the networks or USNow can guarantee that listings are always accurate.

Therefore, before you make an appointment, call USNow Customer Care at 1.800.694.9888 ext. 273 to confirm:

You have access to a particular PPO;
The provider is still in the PPO network; and
The anticipated services are covered by your insurance policy.
